Shipping and returns

 

Shipping Information:

All of our products are free shipping worldwide.

Delivery time - Processing an order usually takes between 2-5 days.

Once your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email. (If you do not receive this mail please check your junk mail)

Shipping takes between 12-15 days

We are making all efforts to ship your product as soon as possible.

Since not all of our products are stored in one warehouse you might get multiple packages per order.

 

 Return & Refund Policy

Not happy with it? Return it. It’s easy! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 Returns

You can be eligible for a refund or exchange while you are on our time frame policy of 15 days after receiving your products

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@simply-babies.com

 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Refunds

Refund will be given if the item is significantly different than described or shown on our site.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Lost in Transit

We will be happy to send you a replacement in case your order was lost in transit or has not been delivered by the courier. Please note replacements are also sent via regular shipping thus items may take up to 20 business days to be delivered.
